Thursday Night:  Next Practica & X-Session!

Homer & Cristina and Dan & Pier are taking turns in instructing the tango "Foundation" classes.   Focus is on fundamental technique (connection, musicality, & structure) for open and close embrace tango.   Each week will focus on a new topic.   It is suitable for beginners (and more intermediate/advanced dancers alike who'd like to refresh or strengthen their basics).   A partner is not required for these classes and you do not need to pre-register, just drop-in & learn.

The "X-Session"
When Homer's in town he will conduct an 11pm tango exploration & exchange "X-Session", which is open to all dancers - come watch and/or participate!   The "X-Session" is not a class but is a semi-guided exploration of different tango ideas.   It is conducted during the normal practica time and plenty of room will be made for those who wish to just dance/practice and not participate.

Note:  With prior approval from Homer (send him an email or just show up and ask), more advanced dancers are welcome to come for free to the Next Practica and X-Session if they participate in the Foundation Class first.


Time/Cost:
8:00pm to 9:30pm, $15
(includes entrance to practica)

Practica:  Starts 9:30pm and goes till whenever...($5 for just practice)
